“Overcoming the condition” was achieved by generating economic benefits for the developer in addition to the projected, which was destined for infrastructure improvement in the area, as a contribution to the neighborhood.

The building is located on a 950m2 site, we developed 4 apartments of 90m2, 2 duplex PH, and a garden level. We resolved on its free floor the parking and general services.

We worked on an image where its external material represented the place we were occupying and additionally we could experiment with something different from the typical construction of concrete blocks and frieze commonly used in Panama City with very low quality and durability. This would give us a speed very efficient construction, a different response to the aggressive climatic incidents, and a very dules contained in cubes of six by six, by six meters high, which would be repeated in the three levels along the terrain, this gave us a very simple structural system, fast to execute already very low cost
