The client proposed a 15 by 30m site located in the Costa del Este neighborhood, in Panama, to develop a project of co-working typology that would include a fast food fair, with the condition that it had to be a itinerant building, of very low cost, which should have the ability to dismantle to make way for a new project once the site achieved the change of land uses.

We handle our proposal starting with pieces of metallic containers of standard sizes, this solved in a very effective way the premises of speed, structure, disassembly, and budget. We develop a self-sustaining project, capable of being transported anywhere at a low cost.

We divided the building into two floors, one free to give space to parking on one of its sides and at the other we located the fast food fair. On the top floor all the programmatic requirements for the operation of the co-working were developed, which were linked spatially and physically with the terraces and common areas pretending to give a single image that embodied two different products.
