It is the first residential building in the colony of Costa del Este that is located in an industrial area.

We proposed to the client to change the typical order already established for years in the developments in the area. We had a rectangular site of 20 by 40 m, with neatly proportioned neighbors and industrial urban images. We developed a building with a store on the ground floor, five levels of surface parking and 18 levels of apartments, which contained 4 apartments per floor, easy installation, providing from the constructive position a positive general result for the developer, while indicating a new rearrangement in the street.
