ANÓNIMO is a project of ten houses facing the sea. The development of the master plan contains a restaurant, an outdoor ecological spa area, a communal pool, recreation, and contemplation spaces.
Conceptually it is closely linked to the endemic nature of the place, not only establishing an order of absolute respect for the territory.
The proposal morphology and content allow incorporating important spaces of vegetation. The house's interior spaces are the protagonist, promoting that the architecture disappears from the foreground and that we only discover it through free paths that surround the elements.
Each house is located on a plot of 500m² and is being developed on two half-level floors. The upper floor has a master suite with a private bathroom, closet, and terrace overlooking the sea. On the first floor, under the roof, there is a kitchen, a dining and living area, and outside, a private pool with its dune.
