We generated a proposal on an emblematic corner in Las Mercedes neighborhood, in the City of Caracas. We intervened the ground floor that was in disuse, we proposed to develop a coffee-pastry, that would give service to the community.

We used wood and concrete to solve all the components of the project, close the space to define it and protect it by means of ventilated blocks, which gave the character and the expected image to the place reinforcing its corner.

The functionality of the site was generated from the existing trees, which not only produced an almost total shadow on the landscape, but also served as structural supports for our roof cover in the service area.
