Satellite

We projected this complex in the city of Guarenas, which is located on the eastern suburbs of the City of Caracas and serves as a satellite site to the capital.

We propose a building of six mixed-uses, residential, commercial, offices, educational, medical, and recreational, contained in the same place. The promoter's idea was to house 500 workers from three public corporations and their families, solving different spaces that met basic and cultural needs.

We developed a form in the shape of an elongated horseshoe in the upper body containing 5 floors of 3000m2 each, which resolves the residences. On its free floor recreational and amusement areas were generated, in the body under the north wing with direct access from each level of street, we resolved the shops of domestic use, offices of basic services, and clinical services; In the east and south wing we allocate spaces for the school, nurseries, community workshops, and administrative offices of the group. All this coexists and develops a now -a-days very depressed area and proposes an active regeneration from this development.
