The project is planned on an area that borders the main road artery in the City of Guarenas, on a site of 2000 m2 that had to contemplate 4,500m2 of construction.

The developer is requesting the construction of a small-scale commercial and recreational plaza, which would be positively affected by the new railroad crossing that connects Los Valles del Tuy with the capital city.

We detected other conditions that generated variables on what was required by the client, there was an issue of insecurity, of services still in development and little incentive for the community to move to isolated places. From these situations we proposed a project that in all its faces lived inwards, like a box of shoes without a lid thrown in the desert, giving a message of security, we generated an internal patio like an oasis, with a lot of vegetation that filtered the 38 Celsius degrees that normally had the place, and we established commercial premises and food spaces around its perimeter on the two floors, offsetting the corners and thus could be linked directly with the green spaces.
