Hotel Azur is an ecological tourism proposal that conform a master plan that we developed in the office in the Azuero mountain, in the province of Los Santos, in the Gulf of Panama.

We worked on a proposal that had as premise the conservation of all the existing vegetation, where we were only allowed to transplant specific areas where the structure of implementation of the project would be developed.

We decided to adapt to the existing topography in its entirety, this decision resolved the incorporation of our infrastructure into the mountain, hiding them, while the connections between the exterior and the building were molded at different levels, this event produced a system of elongated horizontal slabs in which the rooms would be established; The social and recreational areas are developed on a large deck that floats in the long direction of the building.
