The project is located on a 30,000m2 site, in the Cerro Verde neighborhood, in Caracas, Venezuela.

The idea of the promoter was to supply an offer for an executive hotel; an offer that had not yet been served on the south side of the city, in which, due to its geographical location, there was a high demand for short-stay travelers for work where they could spend the night close to their workplaces. In addition, a core of offices on the east side, were destined to offer itinerant workspaces for businesses and guests in general

We developed a 58,000m2 building, distributed in three basement parking levels, two intermediate levels for event areas, service areas, and meeting rooms. On the ground floor is the main lobby and above it on the level +12 on street level, we located all social areas, restaurants, and for recreation. The volumetric shape of the thin and rectangular building was located in the back of the site, projecting the view of the entire upper body over the city and the El Avila hill. We located in the north wing 160 rooms in the top ten levels, and the offices were located in the south wing.
