The Project is located in the business area of the Santa María neighborhood, in the city of Panama. This area of recent execution is redefined by a new order of urbanism that links the establishment of the new financial entities of the country, in addition to the proximity with in the same colony with the residential area of higher economic possibilities of the city. This promotes the presence of space in the levels of street level for shops.

We are located on a site of 40 by 40m, with a maximum height of 40 meters. We developed a building of 4 levels attached to the lateral and background withdrawals only. This allowed us to leave a large internal courtyard at all heights that redefines the project, works as organizer for the different commercial and office uses and allows on its ground floor a food fair that meets the needs of the area.
